My Holy Glam ships all orders from Houston, Texas. We uphold ethical integrity and full transparency in communicating shipping expectations, processing times, and any potential customs‑related delays. Please review this policy carefully before placing your order.
Important: Orders placed on weekends (Saturday or Sunday) begin processing on the next business day. Most carriers do not process or ship packages on weekends. “Next‑day” refers to business days only.
1. PROCESSING TIME
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, you will receive an email with your tracking information.
2. SHIPPING TIME
After processing, orders ship within 3–5 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and carrier volume.
3. ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately and orders cannot be canceled. If you have questions, please contact us as soon as possible.
4. RETURNS
All sales are final. Returns are not accepted.
5. DELAYED ORDERS
If processing is delayed, customers may request a full refund before the order ships. Delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of our control. For carrier‑related delays, please contact the shipping provider directly for updates.
6. DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
My Holy Glam is not liable for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. If your order arrives damaged, contact us so we may assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
7. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
• TSA and international air‑transport regulations may restrict certain items. Products that cannot be shipped by air may require alternative shipping methods or extended timelines.
